You were truly a chosen one, i would play music video channel all day and my son that was one at the time would stop whatever he was doing and walk over to the television and become mesmerized at the video and try to sing and sway to the music, when I saw that happen a few times I realized it was Michael Jackson videos he always paid attention to, one day I asked him what he was looking at and he told me "Michael Jackson Mommy" I don't even know how he knew it was Michael Jackson, because I certainly had never told him. How did he know his name out of all the videos playing all day on tv, i was in the music business and i had to watch all the time to keep up on my game, Michael jackson i knew was someone truly special.

As a mother of a nineteen year old, I am constantly searching to find out more about Hip Hop, the culture that seems to have kidnapped my son. Instead of fighting and asking him to pick up his pants, I decided to find out just who my enemy was. I soon found out that it was not Hip Hop that was my enemy in fact the opposite. My real enemy are those who have succeeded in a sneaky coup d'etat on Hip Hop. To all mothers out there who share my situation that is, having a child who seems to be stuck on HIp HOp, I encourage you to join me in this fight. Hip HOp will not go away. After meeting and dealing with many stars and celebrities, I can honestly say the Gomez Brothers are two of the most humble guys in the business today. Sergio and Francisco easily play off each other in this interview. They are a great team and The Hip Hop Network puts all their support behind the latino rap duo.

These two brothers Francisco and Sergio Gomez are a breath of fresh air when it comes to Hip Hop. A non offensive style is what Hip Hop needs today to bring it back to being Hip once again. Yes there are lots of Hipsters out there but it is not cool when violence is attached to the culture as much as it is today.
